Hey!
My mini just passed its MOT today after being stood for 3 years (has just been serviced and everything before I MOT'd it though) and I've been driving around today and it seems to have developed a fuel leak. it STINKS of petrol and its leaving a trail of it behind!
...Any thoughts? Dad thinks it might just be the hose isnt clipped properly or something?
Thanks in advance!
Kirsty

Most likely the pipe clip where the rubber pipe joins the solid pipe at the back of the NS floor pan. Possible that the solid pipe as been damaged by a stone or something also.
Also worth checking within the engine bay, sometimes incorrectly fitted or insecure fuel pipes can rub on the bulkhead/subframe/engine/manifold and melt, causing a leak and fire risk!
Have you got a fire extingusiher?
PS. If its stood awhile, the rubber fuel pipes may have perished and become brittle. If you check them and find they are, you should replace as a matter of good practice. A lenegth of rubber pipe approved for fuel will be less then a couple of pounds at a motor factors.
