Hi everybody !

Does anyone knows at which temperature the standard Spi temperature sender engages the auxiliary cooling fan and then at which temp it disengages it ?

I ask you this because I've heard that the screw in sender sold with a 2 cores radiator is not the ideal one for a Spi Mini, so I need to know to choose a suitable sensor.

Thanks a lot.

Just get the standard radiator with the sensor.

Minispares one works just as good as rover ones and unless your racing there is no need for a fancy radiator.

mine kicks in just above half way on temp (1-2mm above the line) and cuts out just below

Hello,

According to the Heritage Manuals SPI supplement 1991-1996, the fan comes on at 98 deg C and goes off at 93 deg C.
