Roofless. Would you consider fitting one of them to my mini and if so how much would you charge?

Not my cup of tea but it does look really well done!! Never thought it'd be possible to get a Bini dash into a proper Mini...

The stig's dashes do look very nice too, never seen one in the flesh but I would have bought one if I wasnt planning on keeping the Mini dash look (with the rails and a dash in between), but itd give you looooads of space for gauges and everything...

its a first generation cooper s dash - i got this because it has carbon fibre finishing panels to make it all pretty and cool, it also has loads of space for aspects of the sound system we are installing, and 2 widescreen monitors. I also wanted to have an arrangement where the warm air vents actually did something, and touch wood its all looking promising.

I'll get this one finished and maybe think about releasing the sections to shaun da stig to maybe take some moulds and popthem out for people. If I was to make one from scratch and fully fit it, costs would be in the region of maybe 400-500 quid, so might be cheaper for shaun to make some GRP copies.

thanks though  have a go - its really not that complicated - just needs some careful measuring, and perfect parallel trim lines to make it all line up once its narrowed.

Some moulds sound awesome, I think i would have one, cant warrant 400-500squids though! Looks good though, looking forward to seeing it finished!

Roofless - that dash install looks fantastic.

In my old Mk1 golf days i fitted an E30 BMW dash and recall fondly (or not) just how much work that was to get everything working (including the heater vents). Much respect for what you are doing in the mini.

Have many people fitted an ETB digidash 2 lite or pro into their mini. I fitted the pro unit into my kit car and it was fantastic. One single unit, uncluttered and leaving plenty of space for other things. Only downer was the cost.
