Sorry if this is a stupid question, but it's something I really want to know in the interest of perhaps saving a little money while being safer on slick roads.

Is it possible to use a 165/70R13 tire on a Sportspack Mini without any further modification? I kind of don't want to do it because I'm afraid they'll rub an awful lot, but I need some all-season tires for when it gets snowy around here and my only other option would be to spend $500 on a new set of 12-inch alloys.

EDIT: This is probably in the wrong section too, now that I think about it.
