Right its time to fess up, ive had a bit on the side and i need to confess she's a mini........

need to start sharing my project as you all have so here goes....
Parental Advisory 18 explicit images of corrosion

it all started in 2007 when buying shell off some guy on here she was in a sorry state lots of bodges and corrosion! due to buying a house she sat in a garage untill september last year i got her moved into her new garage!! and finally/slowly am starting to make progress :)

Bodge above need to redo as welded over rust GRRRRR, theres been a couple like that!

have had good progress will upload photos asap, lots of welding completed :thumbsup: just been welding mk1 rear light coinversion blooming nightmare!

I have to say wow!
First the sheer amount of rust and then the great progress you've made.
It's great to see a mini that was in such a sorry state being brought back to its former glory.

Thanks tim, cookie and rob for the great messages, its taken so long only getting a day here and there on her.

Tid_171, Would have loved a heritage shell but was determined to get a mini back on the road will have a look at your project page!, ive gone through loads of gas.

Still got a small amount of rust left and nearly so nearly a solid shell!!!!! woooo
