Just wandering if anyone on here is into airsofting? If so what gear have you got and where do you play?

well i used to play it
started off in sheiffield about 5 years ago and got me a master sniper rifle (bad move) then got a tm mp5 sd5 and a pistol pluss combats


then i got devorced and did not go for ages (only been 2-3 times befor this)

sold all my stuff to this lass i was after
then got her

then lost her lol

then got with this misses im with now and she got me a tm m14 thats not scoped and silenced but not internaly upgraded

so
not been in ages as i had a bad bike crash that gave me nerv dmg to my right arm and i could not move it never mind pick the heavy m14 up

last time i whent (few months ago) i could use the m14 agine but it was woodland and i like urban

Airsoft wise, had to sell all my gear as my mini was in need of attention. Going to get an AGM M4 GBB soon from mike cripps magpuled up and upgraded nicely

I airsoft too! I mainly play round the south east but am hoping to branch out a bit soon. As for gear iv got too much (if thats possible) and need to sell some really for my clubman rebuild.

I do, have for a few years now. TM Thompson with work done to it and other little things. Go to places like Finmere.
Good fun, cheaper and in a different league to paintballing .....
Anyone shoot in the same area ?

Resurecting this, Im looking at Snipers, Bolt Action, and at possibly the lowest budget you can get something for

Looking at £60 tops with p&p, after a couple day searching this is number one choice atm, Link!

Its not a Sniper i know, but very good Fps and price. Im ordering this evening when Dad get home, so any advice guys?

What is air soft, is that just an air rifle?

Its a BB gun that come in different forms. Ie Spring, Gas, Electric are the main ones i think.

Im assuming they're less powerful, but they still pack a punch. My mates got a single shot shotgun that covers 50m at 400 fps (Feet per second)

As for where, there are airsoft places, kinda liker laser combat, Ie in a forest and playing different games like capture the flag free for all etc. Or like im doing, go up to a mates farm/field etc and have a group game ourselves.

In the games, yes, that the idea...

Ive just been doing a bit more searching and came across a Crossmans Ratcatcher Air rifle with a tin of pellets, but as far as im aware, no co2 cans. Anyone know if they're anygood/worth the buy? Its at £50 but i could try and knock it down to £40 - £45?

The Crossman Ratcatcher can be used for pest control. Not sure if it's allowed for airsoft. They are not a bad gun, I have heard they can have a power upgrade, but not sure.

£50 is about right.

Yeah wouldntbe alowedfor air soft but if i was to join in with my mates there would always be a spare gun or two kicking around.
