Does that mean you no longer have to have a pedal stop?

i replaced the standard mini one with one from zcars, its an AP racing cylinder, and it works a treat, no pedal stop required and pull away from steep hills no problem, very good to use instead of the mini one. zcars sell the cylinder, clevis, dumpy bottle and adapter plates to fit into the old hole, i would highly recommend this as an upgrade

cylinder was around £90
reservoir £30
other parts around £20

But this was a while ago, you would be safer asking richard at zcars.

looks expensive but zcars are a mile cheaper than demon tweeks for the same setup, plus you get the adapter plates

if i build another zcars mini i would do the same setup again, it really does make a big difference.

I think i will be needing this as i have a pedal stop at the mo, and the cluth is like a light switch is on or off.
Thanks for the advise.

I got it a couple weeks ago. Today I have not phoned ZCars because it is weekend.

Ed, I do not know how you put the cylinder in. Today I had some time to put the cylinder in, but this failed because the AP Cylinder is 3" longer, compared to the original Mini master clutch cylinder, even with both spacer plates under it.

How did you solve it? I cannot think about just putting it in and connect it to the pedal. This result in having it under pressure all the time, even without touching the pedal.
