During my rebuild I'm fitting a MK2 switch panel, which gives me the option of fitting a centralised ignition switch :kiss: which I really want to do.. my mini is a MK5, so of course the ignition is on the column.

At the moment the wiring harness is out of the car, so I can easily make modifications.

Basically I want to know what work needs doing to do this conversion.

That's the ignition switch & barrel.

I'm assuming it's the same three clicks you normally get, 4 position : auxiliary - off - ign - ign/start. I just need to know which wires go where on the back of the ignition barrel.
