Ive had new rad, new expansion tank with built in sight glass, new oil catch tank and an expansion tank built for the charge cooler system too, i was not happy with the original setup so ive had it all remade by a local guy who's stuff is just beautiful and actually works ! ill post the rest on the weekend, i might even do a vid as im at coombe this weekend so ill get to test it all under some load.

Pic of new expansion vessels in place i designed it like this so i can easily check levels and top up as necessary

New rad as well thicker and bigger overall and running a bigger 14" fan, the car is running a pwr water cooled oil cooler so theres alot of heat being dumped into the water system

Also to keep temps down in the engine bay ive had the manifold plasma sprayed with a ceramic coating, very expensive but is one of the best thermal barriers.

The guys that did the mods are now building a cold air box for the air filter and supercharger oil cooler, and they are also building me a bold on front splitter in alloy which should look pretty cool and make the rear diffuser work properly.

Why hide amazing craftsmanship, Pete at spec r is hands down the best at what he does in the uk and that's a fact, I'm lucky that he lives round the corner and after 20 plus years still takes pride in his work, he's a legend in my book !

Claudio, out of interest hows the new exhaust working out? Do you know new db's yet (static and drive by)???

Mine with just the regular single straight through was 101db static and 103db drive by (the drive by got me black flagged)
