Im actually alittle annoyed by that post.

Are you the expert of all a series?

The car itself is stripped of anything not needed and the subframes have being seam welded and drilled for more weight loss!

Ok it was my first build! but i took my time with it! Its quick enough for a daily runner!

2 things id change though 276 cam for a 649 which is lying in a box in the garage :( and grey diaghram is too much for non turbo a series!

Well 1293, 649 cam, LCB, offset valve head, 45 weber with 40 chokes with 10" wheels and I didn't have the problem, at least not on dry tarmac.

So you tell me who had the most power?

are the tires over inflated as this could cause it to spin up easier also just as previousely mentioned about shocks

Set more castor angle - and fit polyurethane bushes. A limited slip diff will help too!
But you are certainly going the right way for a burst diff - and/or broken driveshaft - especially if you accelerate hard with lock on!

Problem I see is that the tyres are way outside the ideal contact patch on the ground - which should be where a line drawn down through the ball joints meets the tarmac. The centre of the tyre should be 'just' outside that point - your's look to be well outside - which means the car will be unstable and will 'dart about'. This will not be helping your 'tramp' problem.

As has already been touched upon the reason this occurs is movement in the suspension, changing the toe. The only minis I've ever experienced this problem in have had knackered bottom arm bushes.
