ive not been having a great time at the moment either so dont worry, your not the only one and october is always a bit of a crap month, coming from someone whose birthday is in october but ah well. c'est la vie.

i remember the sunscreen song thing so well from my yoof! quality and the pants song as well. ive found over the past week (very very hard week!) ive been watching postsecret clips on youtube. it kinda depends on how you deal with the down times, but i find it helps so much. whilst also being really depressing, theyre also really comforting and do help. impossible to explain. but to those who dont know of postsecret, definitely worth checking out if you ask me. i think its an amazing project!
