Goblin has alarm/immobiliser and has pinched Monty's crooklock for the moment, as Monty has a nice safe garage to kip in and poor Goblin has to sleep outside. He's also under the watchful lens of the CCTV cameras on the tower blocks opposite.
We'll have a Haynes manual by the end of next week and will tackle what we can by way of a service.

Tower Blocks, as in high rise flats?
I might sound mad but I love 1960's modernist architecture (even if it isn't always good). Have you got any pictures of them?

I don't think the screens changed, or the door handles, so finding them in a scraps shouldn't be too hard. Be wary on the tyres, if it has the daft metric size wheels they had for a while they'll be expensive and not overly easy to find.
I have got 2 mettric sized weels and tyres for grabs??????????

Wow - that's a serious insurance quote.
Try £1715 for a standard mini, at 17. Or, £2500 for an SPI engine
