It would be better with a slight lip, every time i accelerate hard everything falls out of my one as the plastic is fairly hard and nothing grips to it!i might send them a pm later on, also, i dont think you would need a lip as you cant tell from the pic but the shelf leans backwards slightly so stuff naturally goes staright to the back.
