I know of these as I had some from Fleabay myself

However they are slightly different in design to the one in the picture.

I think you might struggle to get the warning lamps now, I'm suprised even Japan has them (although they probably bought all Lucas' stock!).
You're best bet will be secondhand or ebay for NOS ones. I have some used ones somewhere I think.

They were known as 'Jewel' type warning lights, found someone selling amber ones:

and there are some listed on this site but the picture is too poor to see if they are the correct ones:

Most are probably long in the scrap as the steel inserts to hold the standard mini wheel nuts used to come loose. by the way, they only fit drum/7" cooper discs correctly. They have massive offset with S discs.

The wheels are Cosmic Mk1's, seen them about at a show, think they were making them again - but in this country also... will try and track them down as I'm also after a set.

Aha! remembered, who stocks them, Midland wheels

Although... (and this is the strange bit) for some reason they're not on the website, they were just at the shows, but the chap on the stand told me to drop him an email if I wanted any - not in the position to order some at the moment - too busy with bodywork etc - but he said they had a fair few of them, all brand new, for sale

Makes me wonder if they're importing them from this turtle place in japan!
