Im currently looking for a block and pistons for my supercharged motor. Im thinking of pushing the charger to knock out about 15 psi of boost as ive heard you can when you water cool the Eaton. What pistons and chamber cc should I use? Ive seen one of the Eaton converted cars knocking out 180bhp with a c/r of 7.5:1. As most of you lot are experts in the feild of turboing any of your help will be much appreciated.

i wouldnt have thought you'd need to go below 8:1 with a decent RR setup...only trouble you'll have is high inlet temps which will limit the boost you can run.

Yeah with a suck through setup you've no option to intercool, so as bud says this will limit the amount of useable boost available. Most Turbo motors running about 15psi will be around the 8.1-1 compression area. I run 7.6.1 on my motor but this is built to run 20psi+.

Phil. :)
