Don't worry mate, everyones here to help, I'm still unsure on quite a few things, but it doesn't matter, if you can't find what you need via a search then just post it up
The red one you dont need, the allspeed frame only uses three mounts in total:
Gearbox side
Cambelt cover side
But the third is made from scratch and will be on the allspeed frame already, but you will need to remove the current rear mount and just keep the two bolts as these just pop into the new one
Don't worry its all straightforward, it'll make more sense when you get the frame through
