Hi all, I have a few engines laying around....

1275 metro
1275 mg metro
998 with 24k on...

Any ideas what they're worth ?

I also have some old 1275gt (1972 I think) door cards and rear bin cards and rear seat .... No fronts unfortunately. They're quite tidy. Any Ideas. Cheers !

Engines vary, depends if they can be seen running, producing good oil pressure, no smoke and holding temp..

Complete 1275's anywhere between 150 and 500 depending on condition.

998's I pay £50 a complete unit 'as out of the car' from a dealer.

However the wheels, I don't know, but I'm taken by them, think they would be just right for the period look I'm aiming for with my GTM

The wheels are kn mercury's. never seen any in this size anywhere and I've had them for 12 years probably. need a refurb obviously !! I thought they were quite cool and were destined for my 1275gt that I've had to sell. I need to sort out what i do have.... I have some mk2 lights and a 120mph 3 clock dash in good nick. Maybe ebay would be the best way of getting shot. Thanks for your reply.

The engines you have to sell with a yes its good or money back to get a top price with a good one you should have no problems when they fit it and test it. The wheels are a very old design of alloys i had a set years ago 10 inch i had to buy the nuts to fit them they are worth a bit because they are old i would put them up on offers for a collector they will pay a good price i did well with mine years ago i wanted a set of 10inch by 6inch with 165s you have some nice wheels from the past.

There's a cabriolet in switzerland runing them. Think about Midgets, Vivas, Metros and some other 'period' 4" PCD cars with 13" wheels which were a market for KN. Not quite a huge one for a 'modern' design wheel, though. What probably kept it a rare sight.
