will it have to be inspected? considering ur using parts from 2 differnt shells? or is it an easy thing to get sorted? what will it be classed as? nova? or sierra?
as far as im aware insurance are only bothered if it has an mot or notso hopefully notwill be still classed as a nova but with 2lt on the log book as it was when i had a 2lt in the front b4 i stripped it
Looks like an interesting build.
If i were you i would check the requirements for the IVA before you go much further though. I believe they still work on the points system? By the looks of it, you're not keeping any of the original engine, drivetrain, steering or suspension. These parts along with the body are what they base the identity of the car on.

I dont suppose you knwo if some 13" compomotive CXRs fit over the calipers do you, i know its a long shot, but it hought i would ask anyhow.
As regards the classification of the car, just class it as a nova and be done with it. i mean the DVLA arent that clued up about nova floorpans are they.
As long as it passes an MOT (presuming road legal of course) then you have nothing to worry about.

So I guess this project just died
the silence in the wilderness of dead projects....
