1 always got to blow into a cup when i use one
2 every number volume speed ect has to be an even no
3 all lines on knobs have to be vertical
4 always have to hav one leg out the bed
5 cant sleep right aganst a wall or faceing the middle of the bed and i have to be fully under the covers incloding my head
6 got to finish with an even no lol
i think its time to go get checked out i think

The blowing in all cups goes back a long time,even world war days, spider webs or dust in cups.
when you have to leave your gear stick in a straight line (Neutral) and the handbrake dead flat(off),then get checked out.

I always scroll back to the top of a web page before navigating to another one, even if its just to click back I have to go back to the top.

I must have been doing it for years but never noticed until recently when it got pointed out to me

Well a man stroked my dog today without asking so i kicked his head in outside the shops for fun.He was only about 28 and a muppet.Everyone said i was unfair on the spanking ,O well.i do not care less on my mannor.

Mine's more of OCD than Habit but.
It was ever since the begging of secondary school when i went.
I have to Write everything out a few times till it's neat enough, and it's starting to begin with picture's too.
I'm not as bad as i used to be, But yes it get's quite annoying to be honest :|
And the most normal one but if i put a volume up it has to be an evan number!

OCD has been noticed over the years and more of us have it.I had it when young,even with cracks in the pavement,checking taps,doors etc..It just went away as i grew up in the end ,drove me nuts.Started at infant school i think its nerves that trigger it.By the Senior school it became Para.Skiz.More fun than OCD.
Many people are being told by there doctors OCD is a real condition.If you feel you have it see your GP to get help controlling it.MIND Charity is very good for help and free advice on many conditions.
Most the things i have read on topic are normal habbits.We all change over time,just part of life.
With heavy OCD it is easy to loose your temper with things and people.

one more of mine is if im the last one eating at the table i cant finish my dinner until everyone leaves i hate people sat watching me eat. im sure they arent actually watching me but it feels like it and i cant eat until they are all eating again or have left weird i know

I suppose i'm not the biggest fan of people watching me eat either.


I have more what i thought about earlier:
- I have to have clean nails, they cant have any dirt around or in them.
- my curtains have to be shut all the way, not a little bit or a gap.
and i can't have change in my purse, two pound coins & pound coins are alright but anything smaller i just put in my bag.

The eating one is common,i also like eating alone,always have.When going out for meals i would always book a good table for two out the way of others private.I only like dull pubs with snugs and a nice corner with invites only on it.
Some people do only eat in the dark but that is often a relig. thing.
Clean hands and nails is good,most women look at hands,and nice shoes.

nice shoes always you can judge a man by his shoes the better the shoes the nicer the man (i think i may need some new shoes)
