of what im writing, but instead of leaving it at the end of the last sentance
and posting it like that i hit enter to start a new line with nothing in it
(this is the line i leave blank, but as ive put this here im going to have to put another one underneith)

when i'm driving, in my head i pretend that Minty can fly and i make him fly over all the bits of the road with a shadow accross it, like a computer game!

Thats more than slightly odd...
Altho it could be worse, you could have missed out the bit about you pretending.

I know, the worst part is when i land on a bit of shadow and get visibly annoyed, full on sighs and sinking shoulders, and then have to explain to passengers that 'it's nothing really, i just landed minty too early and he hit the shadow'

I do that while walking Tash  If a car/lorry/van or bus goes past and there is a shadow., my foot isn't allowed to be in the shadow after they've driven past!! :D

Does anyone else, keep checking that the choke’s in after it’s warmed up, that the handbrake is still off and that the car is in gear even though your moving, and probably have been for a few miles??? :D

I drove for 10minutes with the handbrake on and hit 50mph easily. Time for a tighten on Minty's handbrake? I think so.

Oh yeah, always do that. Developed from my 1st car (mini Chelsea) having a temperament of the rears sticking on slightly, kept thinking it was still on the 1st click, turned out to be rusty rear HB quarters :D haven't stopped checking the handbrake since.

How's about, every time you get into a mini you lock the door even if it's just to move it from one end of the drive to the other???

I am really bad for locking my Mini up!
If I am working on it and I want to nip inside to get a cup of tea ;) ... I have to put the bonnet down, shut the doors and boot and then put the alarm on it.. My dad says that it's ott and there is no point in locking it up for like 5 mins! ... but I feel better if I lock it up. I would feel stupid if I forgot to do it and someone came down my drive and stole it?

You can't be too carefull these days!
Everyone shouts at me now because when I leave my Mini parked up somewhere, I have to go back to it after about half an hour just to make sure that no one has damaged it and that it's still locked up!

I hope every other Mini driver does this :dontgetit: Just shows how much I care about it :)

Yup i have one - we have 2 cats, and when one or both are on my lap, I am the only one who is allowed to stroke them, and if someone else touches them, i get really annoyed!

Don't know why :-
