To get an Spi it's cheaper to buy the entire car !

998's attract very little interest, couple of years ago I was getting given them, or may pay a notional £10 to remove from someones garage.

1275's on the other hand always attract a premium, if one were to come straight out of a car running with all ancils you could as 3-400 and get it without much issue.

I personally don't buy 1275's mainly because the usually have seen more 'action' in the gearbox department therefore are not as attractive to me as a 998.

I sold a 998cc half engine with approx 35k miles last month for £100.

Just sold a SPi engine with 40k miles FSH incl subframe and pedalbox for £420.

Last month I sold a MPi with 30k miles, loom, ECU for £500.
