Hi for the last week now ive been trying to become a TMF+ member and i can't. Whenever i get to the select a payment method page, theres nothing to choose! Someone help! Ive contacted admin but had no reply.

I want to be an official member!!

The TMF+ is being sorted out to make it all a bit quicker to register and everything, so for now they've temporarily stopped having payments whilst they get it a bit more organised, this way it stops people getting anything but the best service!

Yaaa been having the same problem. Thats ok then if they are sorting it out!

Any idea how long its gonna take because i dont feel im getting the best service. Hope they sort it in time for xmas. Can't wait to be fully fledged though!

I can't see it being too long, the back log of packs have now all gone out, the admin team are just sorting out a new process and staff to handle TMF+ so that they don't get the same problem in the future.

Updates will arrive shortly,please bear in mind the day to day running and up-keep of a site as large as ours requires many man hours and lots off behind the scenes work from the TMF team,all done around busy lives,jobs e.t.c.
I understand your frustrations but bear with it,and the TMF team value ALL members,not just TMF + , we are all one big happy family!!!!

Yes, as the payment system is down. they really are working at getting it all smooth.

There were some flaws in the old system, so its all being sorted out now.
