right then everyone,
We're currently trying to sort out a new way for the packs to be put together and sent out. We're hoping to get it in place this side of christmas but due to the logistics of it all it may be in the new year.

As you can appreciate, we do not want ot start taking money again until we have this in place to ensure we do not end up in the same situation we recently found ourselves in

Unfortunately, as you can see in this thread money is still being paid (by auto-renewing subscriptions). Can you please advise if the people affected by this are either going to be refunded or their membership status reset to that which they have paid for?

But if your already a member then surely you get the same service as before? The discounts and everything will still work, just means your pack will be sent out a bit late.
