they were in fact geniuine W&P's I should know, I bought them when my wife owned the car and before we sold it to Dan.
Bought them from W&P at a show. not normal ones though as you say, they went under the valence

Bought some new wheels this week, a set of Dunlop Reverse Rims. Hopefully they will fit over my brake set-up with an inch spacer! Fingers crossed.

Looks ace, but my reverse rims only just clear minisports 7.5 4pot kit and then they will gr2's. With an inch spacer I think your going to need some wider arches.
