Hi, about time i said hello.
I'm a Student at Uni, funds are limited so don't expect anything massive yet.

Oh a small background history, i usually drive vws, here are some of my cars that i've owned previously

So i've finally got my mini.
Heres some pictures.

It's not been lowered, or new suspension or anything, most of it is standard other than a few body changes. some i like, some i dont.
Really not too keen on the boot/ back end, it needs sorting

heres the car to date.

ah its only a baby 1300, because im a poor student, but i hate being car less.
i do however get another loan in 4 weeks.
so vtec could be on the cards.
and my mate already said he will build it with me.
he made the 270bhp mini with a Red Top in it on NOS.
heres the vid i took to prove im not talking junk :shy:

That was my 1st car. Mk1 2L 16v 185bhp GTi. i LOVED that car.
got the youtube vid for that too.

and then finally, becuase you can never have too many links, my low corrado

yeah the only things i want to do body wise are fibreglass as much as i can, front, boot, and doors.
and yeah definatly vtec, ive seen how bad the XE torque steers, its not natural.

yep it was a 2L 8v, then i killed it and put in a 2L 16v mostly race spec parts :shy:

and insurance was £3,000.00 with receipt to prove >_<
did it when i was 18/ 19, as i wanted a mk1 gti more than anything.

oh also, yeh corrado was right down on coilovers

the wheels are only 13x8" but look quite fat in the pictures.
rear tyres are dunlop 195/45 13, and fronts are 175/50/ 13.

Are you actually allowed to say "only" and "13x8" in the same sentence?!
Nice dude!

i try and always have wide wheels.
i had 14x9" steffan BCWs on the 1st mk1, which was pretty 'before its time' years ago :shy:
imported them from germany and was well worth it.
