has a quick search and had no luck. basically im after a roof rack and wondered what ones people has and if they had any pictures??

Heres mine- its the Thule bars/foot pack with locking kit...
I was looking for a thread on this a while back search for "roofrack" with the speach marks and i find the threads pop up.

Ive got a couple of sets of roof bars. Although had to become creative to be able to sit bags and sleeping bags on it when going to MITP.

ive got the same one as adam_93rio but ive cut down the legs and welded the balls back on. need painting though. you can see it sits much lower to the roof

check it.

it looks really cool, id consider doing it to mine but i dont want to copy
also, i use it when rebuilding minis to bring home panels that wont fit well inside

it had a half rear panel on a couple of months back

got mine from halfords, just the bars for £35 or something like that, then borrowed my Mum's roof bars that she kept from her old classic rangey that just clipped on, still wasn't really big enough so i borrowed the supersize Land Rover Thule box!! looked crazy but was worth it....


I would say though that the Halfords ones did rub my roof a bit because they were so low, especially with a full thule box and they have left a few marks where the paint rubbed off!!

you can just see them in my signature...
