We did a bit of shopping this evening ... 
New Shower ...
New taps ...
And new taps - Just to give a hint to the bath ...
AND - Bought hinges for our new front door!
And - We got our kitchen paint!!

I love them rain shower heads, specially with a nice powerful shower pump, makes for a really relaxing shower

And no, we've not thought about jets ...However, my parents have got a shower with jets (chosen by me, when they renovated their house!) - And I have to say, it is blimmin' good!!
To be honest, I didn't know you could get them individually to the shower itself!

Its just a matter of plumbing and another tap maybe. In the US yo can get a controller that allows just shower or shower and sprays.
