Am fitting Titan 1.5 full roller tip rockers to my SPI together with a Rob Walker Stage III head and a kent fast road injection cam.
I was wondering if the valve clearances are the same as before and also the ignition timing ?
The SPI's have a distributor with clamp (as carb'd minis) so it can be moved to alter timing.

Increase the valve clearance in proportion to the increase in rocker ratio to maintain the clearance at the cam followers.

i.e. 12thou with 1.2 rockers becomes 15thou with 1.5 rockers.

Sadly, moving the dizzy won't alter the ignition timing as you're only moving the HT lead posts - the spark is timed by the crank position sensor. Don't worry though, Mems is clever enough to adjust itself up to a point.
