Ive noticed lately the freebie section has turned into a wanted section, last time i posted a wanted add there i got a pm of a mod telling me off.

Ive noticed lately the freebie section has turned into a wanted section, last time i posted a wanted add there i got a pm of a mod telling me off.

Noticed this too, its getting a tad out of hand.

maybe someone unsure of where to post that he wanted free parts, thinking this the correct section to place for free wanted ads, places an add and then others to thought this was where to post wanted adds as someone else had posted there wanted add... takes one person to make a mistake, and causes a land slide of unsure followers.... could be wrong?

This is how i see it:

If i want something, obviously i want it for free, who wouldn't? Your 'wanted' ad should still go in the' wanted section'.

If you are selling something for a price, put it in the 'for sale' section, and if you are giving it away as a freebie, put it in the 'freebie section'.



I agree with all of you above ^ ^. Like old_skool_lews said, it only takes a couple of people to do something, then other people follow.

it really should be a section for just giving things away but thanks for flagging this up, will make a note to the mods ref this,

I've added a new red bit at the top of that section so it should make it a bit clearer, hope that's ok

I've also removed any wanted ads, sorry they hadn't been spotted sooner.
