Hey,

Im going to fit my speaker board tomorrow and i've just noticed the screws that were supplied look way too small. The board is 9mm thick not including the carpet layer and the screws are only 12mm long, surely they wont be able to hold the speaker board in. Also the instructions are a tad brief. It says drill 4 small holes in the seat lip, but it doesn't say what size small holes. I thought they would be a bit better than this.

Has anyone else bought one from them?

i would guess the screw goes through the metal first and then into the wood

sorry to hijack

ive always wondered why you have the retroretrims banner in your sig.. do you or did you work for them or are you just advertising.
sorry but its always confused me hah

the lip is the bit of the rear seats that hangs down right at the front, and i assume the size of the holes will be relevant to what ever size screws are going to be used

are drill the holes like a mill smaller as they will be self taper screws so they will need something to bite into when going in

dude, what you do is screw in from behind the board and metal lip that runs along infront of the rear seat, that way you dont see the screws, and it doesnt go throught the other side:)

thats what i did with mine anyway:)
