Are the MiniWorld applications normally put out before the club applications as my local club hasn't received anything yet and since last year all the places went in under a month I will probably end up applying via MiniWorld?

L.S.M.O.C have a list of confirmed clubs. The club applications are then forwarded to the club events co-ordinator for action, then sent back to L.S.M.O.C at which points the tickets are then sent out to each individual club
UPDATE#L.S.M.O.C have been suffering technical difficulties witht this years L 2 B website, however this should be sorted soon.L.S.M.O.C members and clubs reps should be recieving their individual / club applications over the next few weeks.
Excuse me if I'm being thick. I understand that, but how do I get my clubs name on the list?

Anyone?

No, I asked that question to the organisers and this was the reply I got. Will i get away with sending photocopied forms from the magazine ??? Im not tight but we've 3 minis in the household
You do not actually have to subscribe to either the LSMOC or Miniworld to get an application form. The application forms will be printed in Miniworld which can be purchased from the shops on a monthly basis, unfortunately we are unable to accept photocopied application forms and applications will be processed on a first come first served basis as ticket numbers are limited.

Here’s what they wrote:
The London and Surrey Mini Owners Club, world famous London to Brighton Mini Run takes place this year on the 16th May. The 2010 run will be a landmark in clubs history, as the L2B will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary. To make sure this is a run to remember, we are planning to have some special events and details of these will follow over the next few months, so keep a look out on the website www.london-to-brighton.co.uk and in MiniWorld.
Right to sum up the rest… It will start at Crystal Palace Park, here the mini owners will turn up to camp or just spend the day looking at Minis and enjoy the free entertainment which will be provided. Its from this part that the run starts on Sunday and everyone sets off to Brighton, along the A23.
When they arrive at Maderia Drive and park on the sea front, they’ll be met by an abundance of traders selling everything you could wish for.
There are also different stands you can enter your Mini in for (e.g. Show n’ Shine etc)
I think there is about 2000 places, clubs have already been allocated their tickets so now its just for us general public to fend for ourselves (its now on a first come first serve basis). Tickets are £30 which will give you a ticket and a "fantastic" run pack which includes a L2B T-shirt, Programme, Car Plaque, Run Sticker, Limited Edition L2B Autoglym car polish and lots more.
