My car won't be making it this year. The other half has worked his backside off trying to get it finished but it's been a long process trying to get it perfect. Shall be taking his mini instead. Fingers crossed for good weather

Correct me if I'm being dumb, but why do you need to change the reg number if transferring a ticket? I don't even remember it even being mentioned last year...? Since I can no longer attend I was going to give my ticket to a friend with a Bini...
