well... im really considering a turbo unit as im bored lol

its a brand new 1293 minisport afair, spi, kent 274 cam, new clutch etc... costs around 880ish all in with the new cluth and refurbed ecu, but its all built now and working (have used it lightly before gearbox went), has done around 500 miles so its not even run in, the gearbox is broken (3rd to 4th just wont happen however it does still go in 1st and second so dont know exactly the problem) thats the only downside, with it would come a maniflow injection lcb with straight through stainless exhaust, throttle body, ported inlet, k&n and new refurbed ecu along with all injection parts.

what is it worth, if it aint worth selling ill just give up on the turbo idea and run that with another box.

opinion on price its worth?

engine sweet.......replace box

u will always lose on selling the engine so just use the money instead to get the gearbox sorted :0)

if ur bored..............get a racey gearbox built instead

Shame its injection mate. looking for a 1293 and know a few people that may have been interested

i was goin to get a sccr box i have the money now, i know id make a slight loss but im seeing all these turbo units go on ebay and thinkin, theyd be fun...

plus now its not daily reliabilty aint the main issue so carbs and turbo's are A-ok

plus its nice to make a change

anyone got any guesses as to whats its worth considering it has all the exhaust manifolds ecu and evrything needed?

unsure because its an injection unit, I stick to carbs.

though the fubared gearbox isnt going to help with sales
