they're actually road legal. they pass all the safety tests and everything. clear is the new chrome.

pretty immense if you ask me even if they dont look the best that is some technological achievement no doubt that betterones will eventually be made

imagine if you get clear tyres as well, that would freak people out. you could pretend to have invented a flying car (albeit one with very low altitude which does kind of give away the secret if anyone gets close)

Made from polycarbonate, which melts at about 150 degrees.
Lets hope your brakes dont get too hot.

Also, you won't want to be leaving it in the sun as it'll go floppy, and the polycarbonate will go yellow!

Even if they do... Polycarbonates are technically a liquid.
The simply CAN'T last long under a) load and b) heat.
They WILL deform and break soon!

There's lots of things passing lots of test for no reason...

Right up until the point that they collapsed and caught fire as you skidded into the nearest ditch / gravel trap!

Polycarbonate is a thermoplastic, as such it behaves like a thermoplastic, and does two things, bends or snaps.
Polycarbonate is used for motorcycle visors as it's more resistant to shock loading then polystyrene, (for instance), but that doesn't mean it's up to the temperatures or loads experienced by a road wheel.
