also who was following me home, i was in my gfs british racing green mini with a white roof, your reg was KJH*** and there was a clubby behing him. going birmingham/cov ways

I went today bright and early with Nick from our club (PMOC) as he was doing the pride of ownership with his Bini Cooper. I met Hippohen and Craigtett for a bit (they were a bit late as they'd been on the razz in stam the night b4) took lots of pictures from inside and outside (its a mix of Mini's and Binis as i have both).

Craig loves SFM's wheel gap (get it lowered man!) I ended up buying some clear gen rover spotlight covers (the ones with Mini written on the bottom), a 24 piece spanner set (which was a bargain at £18) a genuine JCW badge and some under number plate euro dealership style strips (which had some writing printed on them, ive now taken this off with polish so i can make my own vinyl sticker to go on there.

Before all the bini haters get on my back for posting some pictures of binis, get over it theyre nicely modified cars with lots of different styles and i like them.

lol cheers just been past doncaster came back via nottingham when to see dan the rock hes gone and bought another cooper s head an even better one with rimflow valves lol

adjusted his handbrakes bled one of my drums then flu back on the A1 (m) the M6 on the way there was 50mph limit for AGES arggg also hit top speed my clutch deffo letting go

Pennys Mini is sooooooo gorgeous, i saw this last year at the autosport show, and it is absolutely stunning! looks like she has added a few things to it since!

Was a good show, just glad the mini got there & back there okay-ish! Apart from being 200yards from the entrance and having to pull over because of the smoke coming from the burnt clutch

Hehe, if anyone drove past me and and Pete with his mini, it was just taking a rest (honest!!)

Thanks to the people who slowed down to ask if we needed water, antifreeze etc

I recon if you had a race againts it, actually drove it and inspected the actual mechanical side of it, then you would see it for what it is. When he got it, it was a bodge and he's spent 100s of hours and all his money putting it right, yeah he's had problems with it but they wernt his fault and people like you just keep putting him down, it's out of order
