To the first question - I'd ceck engine steady. Sometimes the hole where the bolt sits gets too big. I also found this later ballsed up my exhaust through the rocking. The noise was the bolt bouncing around in the hole.

Not to worry...i found out what the problem was, thinking it was far bigger then expected, it was my horn, loose and was hitting the side of my air intake which was vibrating down the drivers side wing and straight in to my car.
