now that would make sense if they changed the name, mine were bought almost 20 years ago

they have never changed the name oscars, super oscars and oscar plus have always been the same design shape and size, cibie used to make loads of lamps 95's tango's airport SC's the list goes on i had oscars on my supersport 25 years ago cibie used to supply renaults factory rally team in the 70's with oscars that are the same as you buy today so there so way they have been renamed

personally i like kc daylighters just wish the bowl was a little more shallow

Years and Years ago, I had a pair strapped to a set of wood and picket nudge bars on the front of my mini... 100w each pencil beams... you could literally see for the best part of a mile ( certainly would pick up road signs and cats eyes ), but not recommended for 'urban' use, country side only...

Plus if you want to use 100w bulbs in auxillary lamps your car must be pre '86, and a lot of high current wiring...

KC Daylighters are also excellent lamps...
