They are the same design as minilites for a start.They have been powder coated black and haven't been used since so are very clean,
The centre caps came with the wheels and are made of stainless steel by a coded welder(that's what i was told).Have found out though that one is off centre so when it turns it doesn't go around in a circle more of a oval(this is a centre cap not a wheel off course).
There is no way to attach them as someone suggested silicone to hold them on but that seems to much of a bodge but if i was keeping them i would of drilled through the side of the flange that holds the centre cap in and through the centre cap to and tapped the centre cap and used a grub screw to hold it in.
