Good source of info and how to guides. Might be useful.

Video Help

I used to use DVDEnc and DVDshrink for ripping/re-encoding.

Luke.

fold it and wet the fold, then unfold, and it should tear quite nicely down the crease

I tried this particular thread: -

Click Me

But I'm still not able to edit clips from a DVDr filled with Mini archive video's. I can only get a few seconds of footage and that's it? Compression problems maybe?

A quick and dirty solution... www.convertdvdtoavi.com works very well and encodes to a variety of formats including PSP!

If just studying the PsP prodject you do need the right burner hardware. The *Insert name of internet product so rubbish I have to spam to advertise it* range covers nearly all.I think they banned the other two programs in the UK because to many cheated with them.

So 'DivX' will convert any VOB file (even if compressed) to any video format like WMV?

Can you get it free and not have to put up with water marks from free trial editions?

can download basic version for free and an uprated version for 14 quid
however to edit and stuff looks like you would need the 14 quid version

Thanks, but if it could just convert it that would do because I could then use Windows Movie Maker or many other similar programmes to edit it afterwards. It's just getting the compressed VOB video files sorted so they become assessable is what's causing me grief.
