DVDShrink from DVD
DivX to convert VOB Files
DVD Flick to burn avi's to DVD
So 'DivX' will convert any VOB file (even if compressed) to any video format like WMV?
Can you get it free and not have to put up with water marks from free trial editions?

can download basic version for free and an uprated version for 14 quid
however to edit and stuff looks like you would need the 14 quid version

Thanks, but if it could just convert it that would do because I could then use Windows Movie Maker or many other similar programmes to edit it afterwards. It's just getting the compressed VOB video files sorted so they become assessable is what's causing me grief.
