i have a longman race cylender head with 36mm inlet and 30mm exhaust valves its a high compresion head with a 16.5cc combustion chamber, its had new multi angle valve seats fitted that can cope with high occtain fuels as well as NOS all the valves have been refurbished and it has new bronze valve guides double valve springs and has had the face cleaned aswell. it is quiet possibly the nicest 5port head i have ever seen and many of club mates agree it used to run on a 110bhp grass track car before i got it and had it fully refirbished..
