How easy would it be to convert from a centre dash set up to a 3 dial set up?? Anybody done it?

Its easy enough, Think its just a case of transfering the wires one at a time...

ive got my eye on a pair of cooper sport dials, to go with a modern customised dash, means i cant have my speakers in the front unless i make some door pods so im unsure....
