Me too. Took no end of PMs and mobile calls to get to find the were abouts of a quick shift i paid for that never turned up after 4 weeks.In the end i picked it up from him at Bingley.However seemed like a nice chap and did me a very good deal on some mirrors for the hassle.

aye, i got a twin exit exhaust of fhim for 40 quidd, was brand new too to be honest.

talks for england but a sound guy.
though i did give deposit for seats,subframes and harnesses but no reply, no answer on fone no nowt,
could go to house and theif stuff as he keeps everything in a wooden shed.
but im not gonna sink that low

I' am a belgium member of the miniforum.
7 januari 2010 I prepaid a Janspeed cylinderhead of another member named ENGINEJOHN, till today I' am still waiting for delivery.More than 1 month from the UK to BELGIUM.
So if anybody had seen my head between UK and BELGIUM please let me know!

I just want to warn other buyers because I lost my MONEY and time with him.
First he didn't received the money, than he received the money but Mr Enginejohn was in holiday, than I heard nothing for another 2 weeks, than there was a problem with the transport company, so excuses enough but no delivery.

WARNING ENGINEJOHN WARNING ENGINEJOHN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he said it was sent, but it came back as an unknown address?

He never told me and everytime I send him an email about delivery details he never had answered me.
So for me I doubt there was any delivery.

I buy all my miniparts in the UK and it all arrive at least in 5 days to my adress.

enginejohn is also banned from the forum from what he has told me and i have seen this parcel in question and it has defo come back from sweden where it was ment to be going. the parcel force sticker acctually says returned due to incorrect adresse.

when i speak to him again i will get some pictures to prove this to you

I think it's best to let those dealing with it deal with it as they know the full stories and there are quite clearly some wires crossed in this topic - the original poster is from BELGIUM not Sweden

People banned from buying and selling still have full access to the private messaging system which continues to be used by all those involved in this, they cannot post classifieds but they remain able to use the rest of the forum.

Also those using the classifieds do not need to be registered as traders - that is only to post topics in the traders section.

Well, I´m the "Swede". He didn´t deliver to Belgium and he didn´t deliver to Sweden either, hence the confusion in the topic. John refuses to provide a tracking number on a parcel he claims got returned, that was destined for Sweden. pictures from John show wrong address to the one I provided, so no wonder it didn´t make it. Without tracking number there´s no chance anyone can verify that it´s actually been sent.

I have his full address, but doesn´t really live next door so it´s either Ryanair or messing about with PayPal claims to sort this out. Anyone actually know this guy since he´s all over the internet? All this is a shame really, cause it takes so much time and effort from people just trying to trust each other in the Miniworld.

Best of luck to all of you who´s been having problems with this seller. I´ll gladly take advice from anyone with a good idea how to resolve this. And thanks to TMF who I know work really hard to help out.

I have had various parts, plus an entire engine off John and all was A1

Last time I saw him at Bingley, asked him if he had a part, and he just gave it me....does not sound the action of someone dodgy....

In fact I only found this thread as I was looking to message him as I need some other parts!!!

Would really like any imformation on this guy he had my daughters ministox for a little work and we picked it up yesterday after 7 weeks of excuses, and it has been pretty much cut up most of the part are missing and he wont answer his mobile.

Please PM me, we need to track this guy down to an address urgently.

From his posts on other forums under various aliases he appears to be off to yorkshire and it trying to sell up his gear.
