How can you say that??Its what you get for messing with nature, anything smaller than the ocean is captivity for a whale, immoral and cruel. Not that i think she deserved it.
You keep about a gazillion fish in tanks... It's the same!!!
I'm going to Orlando in 34 days... Didn't intend on going there anyways so nevermind

Such a shame though, although as someone has said it's a "killer whale" DUMB!

BIG tanks!, Besides that these are bred by us and know of no other life. These tanks are huge compared to the size of the fish anyway, we have 4 goldfish in a 5 foot tank ... for example. And the amount we spent on maintaining the tanks is silly really.
If we housed them in these (which people genuinely keep betta's in in america)

which we dont, more like this, then i could see your point:

The only fish we keep in small-ISH tanks is Siamese fighting fish, even in their devided tanks they have at least 5 gallons each.
These whales are taken from their natural habitat jack, and the majority of the time they are in pools thats the equivalent to them as the first picture i posted, surely you can see the difference? we keep fish that have been kept and bred for hundreds of years in environments as close to their natural habitats as possible, not whales ...

It's principle Craig!
Its completely different Jack, Fish have been bred in aquariums for a very long time, and a guppy for example, is probably about 1/4000 of the size in the tanks that we keep them in, where as the whale is probably 1/4 of the size of those pools.

yes ToD, that walrus is a beast. Don't think I saw the resturant with the monster truck though. Sounds like I missed out. Nevermind, planning another trip over there at some point, and since I can get in for free it would be a shame not to go again.
Do it up! You have to go to the Olive Garden though! Make it a point! Here is a picture of the Olive Garden I ate at:

(The address to this Olive Garden is: 8984 International Drive)
If you have never been to an Olive Garden then I'd like to recommend the "Zuppa Toscana" and the bottomless breadsticks with a boat of Alfredo sauce! MMMM!
This is the restaurant that is next to the above Olive Garden. It is called Race Rock.

I think in this situation, this whale has been sparked off by something, maybe he is a whale who doesn't like crowds, it has happened before, not every animal has the right nature for these things. It's a pity this wasn't realised sooner...
Condolences to her family, Dawn always put on a wonderful show with the Orca's, I shall miss her performances.
