Quick update guys. Pictures to follow..

Managed to revive outselfs this morning and got the engine out after a struggle, removed the glass too so its a rolling shell now(no breakages!) also i had a good old poke around the shell, found all the rust and lets just say its pretty bad!

We've just got in from removing the rear valence and boot hinge panel. The boot floor will be getting done tomorrow morning sometime before i bugger off home on the train

then we pushed it down to my drive for some electric

whats left of the metro

Posted Image

he said he was going to clean it up a lil bit

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

 whats he done, the whole 3 pannels had rotted through and thought its easier to chop it all of and deseam it than repair all the 3 sandwiched pannels

Posted Image

what we collected in the closing pannel from poking the boot

left jack to it for 5 minz, came back to find this happy chappy making sure he is doing his job :dontgetit:

Posted Image

then we chopped the hinge pannel off and snapped the hacsaw blade... twice :)

Posted Image

how we left it tonight as it was getting dark and really cold

more updates / cockups to come tomorrow
