A new mini club has started that should provide a usefull resource for many that fall within the Derbyshire catchment area. Hi folks,
The club is now pretty well established, and this weekend sees our first meeting at the John Thompson on Saturday Evening. The next club meeting is on 24th April. The First meeting was a great success with numbers participating far out weighing what we expected. Our forum subscription has tripled, and the promise of turn out will make this coming meeting a great night out. Please have a look at our Website, Forum, Gallery and Facebook account if you’re in the Derbyshire Catchment area.

Just a gentle reminder to anybody that may have forgotten. We are meeting tonight at 7pm at the following address:

John Thompson Inn, Ingleby, Melbourne, Derbyshire, DE737HW

We are arranging a photo shoot for out new club that will be featured in Mini World. The photos will be taken no later than 8pm, so please try and get there as close to 7pm as you can, so we can arrange cars / members.

So last night was our third meeting since DCMOC's conception. There were as many mini's last night during the terentual downpours as the meeting last months meeting in the fabulous sunshine. This is a great sign as there were plenty of new members turn up, along with some existing members (minus there cars due to bad weather). Was a good night despite the topsy turvy weather ,Our own car park and rather large marquee was excellent
Turn out was good and had a great time will defo be there again next month

Hi all. Just letting you know that our monthly meeting was held at the Bubble Inn last night and it was a resounding success. Just shy of 20 minis which is excellent in light of the fact we have only been up and running for approx 4 months. Big thanks to all that turned up

OK all. Our turn out last month was exceptional. We have gone from an avarage meeting in the old club of 10 minis per month, to twice that at the last one. This may not sound overly impressive, but there are a whole host of other people that came along last month because they have heard about our meets, have mini projects that are on the go and need advice, or want to own a mini. Our meeting environment must rank as one of the best in the UK at the Bubble Inn, Stenson, Derby, as we are surrounded by rolling hills by a canal on the outskirts of Derby.
