I was wondering what i could do to make our mini a bit louder than what it is.

So, What could i do to the exhuast system to get a deeper/louder noise from it, nothing stupidly loud or so it sounds like a 1.2 corsa with a 10" exhuast hanging out the back

If it's a twin box system, you could start with removing one of the silencers. And since you havnt told us how old it is, a decat pipe helps to improve the noise (opinion) but I done know whether you'd have one fitted.

you cant "remove" one of the silencers. you have to either buy a new link pipe without the mid silencer section or buy a whole new single box system. the 2" exhausts are loud but will affect some performance. you should basically use a single box system which is 1.75" bore. the maniflow single box system will give a nice low tone, the RC40 single box system is a little throatier. i got a single box maniflow system for £54 from Min-its.

I have a single box large bore maniflow exaust and it sounds amazing, Is very loud but also very gutsy unlike certain 1.2 corsa's we all have seen and herd..

It burbles nicly at idle and roars when your putting foot down

Thats what I meant by revoming the silencer, by fitting a link pipe if you've got a cat. Checking is as simple as counting the number of boxes lol

If it's a 1275, LCB manifold, single box system, k&n filter. Straight cut gears - optional

Thats as loud as it gets without being silly

What a strange question, i'm struggling to make mine quiter, and i've already got 2 silencers..
Anyway:

Manifolds:
Cooper freeflow = deeper
LCb = throatier

Fit a cone air filter, a single box center exhaust, then you'll became deaf in no time...
