Interesting, bolting a Calver CST2001 (stage 3) head on in a few weeks so pulled off existing and surprise- I have a 1293 - bored out 0.20 - I was not sure and Keith Calver quickly pointed it out as I was sending specs for the work he needs to do on the new head

I installed the rear door cards. They were remade with the rest of the interior in...2009? I had to trim them down over the rear arches because I tubbed the arches previously.

Here's my engine being rebuilt and with a fresh coat of paint

I began to look at the headliner, but I'm too scared of it for the moment. So meanwhile I'm figuring out the door handles and why they don't lock

Nice job on the car and engine, but i have to ask....why have you painted the inlet/exhaust ports ,and the gasket face.

Well I'm not building the engine it's being made by a specialist because I don't have time for this, so I assume he must know better than me.

So I went and attacked the headliner job. First I went and ironed it to get rid of the creases. It went well overall but it's a hell of a job. Still have to glue the front and fit the rubbers all around

Thanks, I like it a lot, and I'm glad that I still like the beige interior after taking that decision 10 years ago.

So the headliner is finished and all window rubbers in place (all new) I hope I never tackle a job like this ever
