I'm in the same boat! Been trying to track down a motor for my sealey compressor. Finaly managed to get though to there spares department and a new motor is £596!
I can buy the same compressor for £530 new off eBay. Think I'm just gonna go machine mart just got to work out which one now.

Just call their technical support number and give them the specs of your motor, they sort you one out.

You can have them ReBuilt and wound.Costs a bit.I had the problem with a VAC pump.My end answer was searching out Birmingham for a small Bus. on industrial estates that work on Fixing things that use all dif. Motors.A lot of calls and a few miles.Found one in Tysley with racks of them and got a great Tested secound hand for £60.
