Quinn have now packed in, so I don't think you'll be able to get a quote from them. Footman James are the best bet.

Footman James gave me a blinding quote for when I pass my test, but provisionally they didn't want to know. Though that may be because of the MG Metro engine in mine...
As above, I'd avoid Quinn, as they've now gone into administration.
